Use Google Home Assistant to control Adaprox devices

After the device is successfully paired in Adaprox Home App, you can follow the steps below to connect it to the voice control service of Google Home.

Step 1 (Optional)

(Optional) Bind your device to a Bluetooth Bridge if it uses Bluetooth as its wireless protocol.

Step 2

Enter Google Home App and click the + button on the upper-left corner, then click the Set up device button.

Step 3

Tap the "Have something already set up?" button, then enter Adaprox Home in the text field and search for the action. When the search results are displayed, click the Adaprox Home button.

Step 4

Enter your Adaprox account and password, then connect the account to Google Home.

Step 5

After your account is successfully linked to Google Home,  your Adaprox devices should appear in the device list of the Google Home App.


Step 6

To improve the success rate of Google speech recognition, rename your device to more generally-used phases (e.g. switch, air-conditioner) in Adaprox Home App.

Step 7 (Optional)

To control Fingerbot via voice, please use the phrase "Turn On" or "Turn Off". For example, "Hey Google, turn on the bedroom light".
